Job Description

PGL Travel Ltd, the UK's leading provider of residential activity holidays and educational courses for children, will be recruiting Retail Assistants for the gift shops at centres across the UK and France for the 2012 season.

We're looking for people with previous retail experience, a friendly personality and commitment to customer service. You'll need to be able to deal with simple accounts and stock-taking. Our comprehensive job-related training programme will provide you with an outstanding introduction to work in a customer-service orientated environment.

The training we offer is accredited by the Open College Network. This role is ideal if you enjoy participating in outdoor activities, yet aren't looking for an instructional role.

Our centres give you the opportunity to live in some of Europe's most challenging outdoor sports locations. Or perhaps you're looking for a social job with like-minded people. You may have the opportunity to try your centre's activities during your free time.

You may also be required to participate in evening entertainments for our guests.
