Job DescriptionAs an Inghams Assistant Hotel Manager you will assist the Hotel Manager with guest and staff welfare and ensure the smooth overall running of the Chalet Hotel. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of property presentation, cleanliness and service, as well as supervising staff and organising shifts. You will manage the restaurant, housekeeping, reception and bar, under the guidance of the Hotel Manager, providing accurate reports where necessary. You will therefore need to be a confident and outgoing person with excellent organisational and communication skills, and the ability to work within a team. As well as the skills related to your role you will also be required to assist with other physical indoor and outdoor duties throughout the season, and to fully support the Chalet Hotel and chalet programmes.
