Head Chef needed to work in the French Alps in our newly refurbished 160-bedded club hotel. Kitchen staff will include 2 KPs, 4 Commis Chefs, 3 Chef de Parties and 2 Sous Chefs. Daily breakfast and evening meal served either buffet style or plated service. Lunchtime menus will be available to our hotel guests and the general public. This is a busy and exciting role in a kitchen that has just been re-vamped with new and up to date equipment, making this a great kitchen to work in. Working to set KPIs and a budget are paramount in this busy but rewarding role. Full support on hand from the Hospitality Manager and the Hotel Manager. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
