Beauty Therapist

Displaying excellent customer service and awareness you will strive to not only deliver the range of treatments but also to enhance the guests overall spa experience and ensure the spa area is kept in a professional and appealing manner.

Neilson is proud to use Elemis, the top selling UK spa brand and a name widely recognised. As a therapist you will drive sales for Spa and Beauty products wherever possible and manage bookings for optimal guest satisfaction and department profitability.

To apply for a role as a Neilson Beauty Therapist you MUST; have previous experience in delivering maintenance and holistic beauty treatments, ideally in a spa environment. It is essential you hold the NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent and ideally be ELEMIS trained although full training will be given pre-season. You must also be available for full season employment from April through to November 2011.

Spa Supervisor

Responsible for a small team of Beauty Therapists, as Spa Supervisor you'll manage the day-to-day operation of the spa - completing regular stock takes/ ordering stock, managing the visual presentation of the spa, and ensuring therapists are providing the highest level of customer service to clients. As a supervisor you will manage the costs within the beauty operation ensuring they remain at or below budgetary requirements whilst ensuring department profitability.

To apply for a role as a Neilson Beauty Therapist you MUST; have previous supervisory experience, be experienced in delivering maintenance and holistic beauty treatments, ideally in a spa environment. It is essential you hold the NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent and ideally be ELEMIS trained although full training will be given pre-season. You must also be available for full season employment from April through to November 2011.
