With guests spending their days on initiative exercises, challenge courses, climbing and more, they build up a big appetite! Our catering team prepare home-cooked, canteen style dishes for staff and guests each meal time.
Our Catering Assistants have busy, but enjoyable days, preparing food, cleaning the kitchen and dining room, serving meals and assisting with deliveries. No two days are the same!
No experience in this area? No worries! Anyone who joins the PGL Staff team for the first time with limited or no previous experience can join us on the PGL Apprenticeship Scheme. This provides an industry-leading package of training, support and qualifications, enabling people to join PGL at a range of experience levels and will equip you with the skills and confidence to perform your role. There are no age restrictions on our apprenticeship programme.
Our centres give you the opportunity to live in some of the UK's most challenging outdoor sports locations and also in areas of outstanding natural beauty. You may also have the opportunity to try some of the adventure activities on offer at the centre.
